1. Nature of the content
LabKitPro is a software tool that assembles documents from a structured knowledge base covering ISO/IEC 17025:2017 clauses and widely used laboratory-management practices. Documents may be produced with template logic and, where used, AI-assisted text generation. They reflect a global generic baseline and are not tailored to any specific laboratory, scope, or accreditation body.
2. No professional relationship
Use of the Service does not create an auditor–client, consultant–client, or attorney–client relationship. Nothing here is legal, regulatory, or accreditation advice.
3. Your responsibility
- You must review every generated document against your laboratory's actual scope, your accreditation body's specific requirements, and applicable law before relying on it.
- You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and conformity of any document you use or submit.
- Body-specific rules (e.g. UKAS, A2LA, NATA, DAkkS, and others) may differ; the global baseline does not capture them all.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabKitPro and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, generated content. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
