Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LabKitPro, a software-as-a-service tool that generates ISO/IEC 17025:2017 best-practice management-system document templates. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
LabKitPro is a document-generation software product. It produces generic, global-baseline templates and worked examples derived from publicly available ISO/IEC 17025:2017 structure and widely used laboratory-management practices. It is not accredited certification, conformity assessment, legal advice, auditing, or consulting services.
2. License & permitted use
- You may use generated documents within your own laboratory or organisation for internal management-system purposes.
- You may adapt and archive the outputs as part of your quality system.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its templates as a competing product.
3. Prohibited uses
- Using the Service to violate any law or accreditation requirement.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- Presenting generated templates as accredited or certified documents, or implying LabKitPro certifies your laboratory.
4. Intellectual property
LabKitPro owns the software, the template structures, and the underlying content. You retain ownership of the data you input (your lab profile, audit judgments, calculations) and of the specific completed documents you generate from your own inputs.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabKitPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service or reliance on generated documents. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record). See the Refund Policy. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes are announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
