CNAS Document Templates for ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation
Generate accreditation-ready documents mapped to CNAS criteria — without the consultant retainer.
CNAS and the standard
CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) is China's national accreditation body. Its laboratory criteria CNAS-CL01:2018 adopt ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (the current, third edition). A CNAS-accredited lab therefore demonstrates compliance with the 2017 edition of the standard — not any "2025 edition", which does not exist. The assessor verifies that your management system produces objective evidence for every clause from §4 (General) through §8 (Management system).
The core document set
- Quality Manual (质量手册) — policy, scope, and the documented structure of your system.
- Document & Record Control Procedures (文件与记录控制) — how versions are approved, issued, and retained.
- Internal Audit & Management Review Procedures (内部审核与管理评审) — your self-checking loop.
- Method / Calibration Procedures (方法/校准) — how measurements are performed and validated.
- Uncertainty of Measurement (测量不确定度) — a GUM or Monte Carlo budget per measurand.
How LabKitPro helps
Instead of retrofitting a generic template by hand, set your context once — Country: China, Accreditation body: CNAS, lab type, stage — and every generated document carries that context. Run a free 60-second diagnosis to see your gap heat-map before you write anything.

Frequently asked
Do templates need to be CNAS-specific? The standard is the standard, but assessors expect your scope, logos, and method references. Context-aware generation beats a one-size file you retrofit for hours.
Is the free tier useful? Yes — Forms and Records are free forever, watermark-free, and downloadable. Pay only when you export a full, context-aware document.
