Points are prepaid credit (1 point ≈ $1; packs include bonus points, lowering the effective rate). Every generation/download deducts the item cost per delivery — e.g. 2 points for a procedure, 5 for uncertainty, 10 for a quality manual. Pack points expire 6 months after purchase; a single-item purchase credits the same points at list price, enough for one delivery of that item.
Refund policy
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file or report is generated. We do not offer refunds after purchase.
- Pro access passes are one-time purchases valid for the chosen period (1/3/12 months) and never auto-renew; the current period is not refunded.
