① We provide document generation, compliance review (review comments & recommendations) and calculators — we do NOT provide certification or audit services, and we do not issue certificates. ② All prices are USD on labkitpro.com (international); the China site lizhenhub.com prices in CNY independently. ③ Standard editions and dates follow ISO's official publication; transition deadlines and audit cycles follow the accreditation-side rules (Global ACI transition decisions; ISO/IEC 17021-1 for certification cycles, ISO/IEC 17011 for accreditation bodies). ISO 45001:2027 is still at DIS — every reference stays "expected" until ISO publishes it. ④ Team / Flagship are provisioned manually (seats + white-label): you apply by email and we confirm the scope before you pay. ⑤ Anything tagged "in build" — CAPA tracking, controlled-document ledger, weekly brief, calendar reminders — is not available yet: you are not paying for it today, and it is added to your plan automatically, with no top-up, the day it ships. ⑥ Checkout for the newest items (transition packs, Maintenance, Team, Flagship) is still being enabled: the button takes your email and we notify you the day it opens.
Refund policy
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file or report is generated. We do not offer refunds after purchase.
