1. What LabKitPro is
LabKitPro is a self-serve software workbench for organizations preparing for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025 or IATF 16949 — drafting documentation, screening compliance and running technical calculators. Outputs are technical drafts for your internal preparation.
LabKitPro is a self-serve software tool only. We do not provide human consulting, advisory, or accreditation services, and we do not guarantee any accreditation or regulatory approval. The service does not process payments between users, and is not a medical, financial, gambling, or other high-risk offering.
2. No certification or accreditation decision
We are not a certification body, accreditation body or consultancy, and we do not issue, imply or substitute for any certification, accreditation or audit decision. Conformity with any standard is ultimately determined by the relevant certification or accreditation body. You are responsible for verifying all generated content before use.
3. Intellectual property
Default document templates are copyrighted by LabKitPro. You may use outputs you generate for the purposes of your own organization. You retain full ownership of any documents or templates you upload; we claim no rights over your content. You may not redistribute our template files as a competing product.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to generate false certificates or accreditation documents, impersonate a certification or accreditation body, or infringe third-party copyrights. We may suspend accounts that attempt to redistribute protected standard text through our system.
5. Pricing & billing
Prices are listed in USD and charged by our merchant-of-record. Paid features are governed by the refund policy. Taxes are handled by the processor.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any certification or accreditation outcome, audit finding, or business consequence arising from use of the outputs. Your reliance on generated drafts is at your own risk; a qualified assessor should review critical documents.
7. Contact / feedback
