1. Data we keep

Free tier. We store nothing about your lab context or documents. Gap-analysis results are generated in your browser and are not uploaded. Leaving your email on the free report is optional and used only to send the report you requested; it is not profiled.

Paid tier. We keep what is necessary to deliver the service: your account, order and membership status. Documents and files you generate or upload inside the tools never reach our servers — they stay in your browser — so we hold nothing of that kind. We keep the rest only as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax/legal obligations.

2. Files you upload never leave your browser

Files you upload (custom Word templates, private documents, official standards you own) are processed inside your browser to deliver the feature. They are never transmitted to our servers, never stored by us, never shared with other users, never added to a public library, and never used to train any model. They disappear when you close or refresh the page.

3. Cookies & consent

We use strictly necessary cookies for the session and, only with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the banner; necessary cookies cannot be disabled while you use the service.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record providers (Dodo Payments, primary; Payhip, backup). We do not store your card details. Transaction records are handled by the processor under its own GDPR-compliant terms.

When you complete a purchase, the merchant-of-record collects your email (required for the transaction) and we send a purchase-receipt / entitlement-activated email containing your order reference. We use this email only to deliver your entitlement and let you restore it on another device; we do not profile it or share it. If your entitlement does not appear, sign in again with the same email — entitlements are keyed to it — or email [email protected] with your order reference.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

For data access, correction, deletion requests or product feedback, email [email protected]. For the free tier there is nothing to delete; for the paid tier we will erase non-required data within 30 days, retaining only what tax/legal law requires.

6. International transfer

Where infrastructure is located outside your region (e.g. a globally distributed edge network and its database), we rely on the provider’s standard contractual safeguards. We do not sell your data to third parties.
