1. What LabKitPro is

LabKitPro is a software tool that helps testing and calibration laboratories prepare documentation and self-assess against ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and referenced accreditation-body requirements. Outputs are technical drafts for your internal preparation.

LabKitPro is a self-serve software tool only. We do not provide human consulting, advisory, or accreditation services, and we do not guarantee any accreditation or regulatory approval. The service does not process payments between users, and is not a medical, financial, gambling, or other high-risk offering.

2. No accreditation decision

We do not act as an accreditation body and do not issue, imply or substitute for any accreditation decision. Compliance with any standard is ultimately determined by the relevant CAB. You are responsible for verifying all generated content before use.

3. Intellectual property

Default document templates are copyrighted by LabKitPro. You may use outputs you generate for your own laboratory’s purposes. You retain full ownership of any documents or templates you upload; we claim no rights over your content. You may not redistribute our template files as a competing product.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate false accreditation certificates, impersonate a CAB, or infringe third-party copyrights. We may suspend accounts that attempt to redistribute protected standard text through our system.

5. Pricing & billing

Prices are listed in USD and charged by our merchant-of-record. Paid features are governed by the refund policy. Taxes are handled by the processor.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any accreditation outcome, audit finding, or business consequence arising from use of the outputs. Your reliance on generated drafts is at your own risk; a qualified assessor should review critical documents.
